JEE Main 2018 Application Form

Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) is the centralized engineering entrance exam. CBSE is conducting IIT-JEE Exam 2018 to provide admissions in various engineering colleges across India. It is also known as the toughest exam across the globe. The Central Board of Secondary Education is responsible for conducting JEE in mainly two stages; JEE Mains and JEE Advanced. Basically, CBSE has announced the notification in the month of November 2017. As per information, Online Registration for JEE Main 2018 will be starting from 1st week of December 2017. The last date of online application will be 1st week of January 2018.

Candidates who will be appearing in JEE Mains and on qualifying can get admissions in professional courses like engineering/ architecture in colleges like NITs and IIITs and other funded institutes. But on other hand IITs provides admissions to candidates who qualify JEE Advanced 2018. To be noted that only JEE Mains qualifying students are eligible for JEE Advanced examination. The Application form for JEE exam 2018 can fill through online mode. It will available on the official JEE Mains website. The candidates are required to check the eligibility criteria and fill the required information in the correct format.

How to Apply Online For JEE Main 2018

Candidates have to follow the below steps to apply:

On checking the eligibility criteria, the candidates have to fill the JEE Main application in online mode on the official website.

To fill the application, you can visit the JEE Main official website www.jeemain.nic.in and for JEE Advanced is www.jeeadv.ac.in

On the official website, candidates have to search the registration link and click on it.

You can fill the required details like Name, Email, Mobile number etc.

A Username and password will be generated.

Candidates are required to keep the credentials safe until the process of admission is complete.

After successful login, the candidates can fill the Board Examination details, Personal details etc.

You can choose the examination center from the given list. Please note that the exam centers are provided on basis of the test mode either CBT or pen and paper.

The Clear and correct size of the required images should be uploaded which includes (Photograph, Signature, and left thumb impression).

The application fee can be submitted in online mode. It varies with categories as discussed below.

After submission of the application form, candidates must take a print and keep it safe with them. There is no need to post it to the JEE Mains officials.
